The space
This home was our very special beach house that we bought in 2010, now converted to a full time rental. The house is an AWESOME vacation home. You cannot beat the location for the price! Park the car and walk or bike to everything you need! The screen room is by far the biggest hit. Private and quiet you can spend hours out there just talking, drinking, and planning your adventures for the next day. Guests love the outdoor shower n fenced yard.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Dining and living room are super comfy. Half bath and laundry round out the first floor. Two comfy queen size beds are on the second floor with a freshly remodeled bath The third floor can make a perfect spot for the “kid hangout” or a primary guest get away. The third I floor is set up with a king size bed and a day bed that opens to either another king or 2 twins. The recently installed Mitsubishi split system allows you to set your room temp to whatever makes you happy!
Bed linens, bath towels, beach coolers, beach chairs n umbrella, and games all provided. Just bring your bike and bathing suits.

Door code and check in instructions will be provided prior to checking. Self check in via electronic door lock.

Home layout
First floor- Living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, 1/2 bath. Screen room patio, outdoor shower, grill, and fenced yard.
Second floor- 2 private bedrooms each with queen sized beds. Newly remodeled bath ( no tub).
Third floor-1 large room with a king bed on one side and a trundle bed on the other side. The comfy trundle bed can be used as a twin bed, 2 twin beds, or set up as another king (upon request).
